正交法确定吸收光谱法测定铁(Ⅱ)的最佳条件

摘　　要：针对用邻二氮菲吸收光谱法测定铁(Ⅱ)会受到多种因素的影响,本文介绍用正交法试验设计来确定在文中所述的各种因素和实验条件下的最佳实验方案。得出A_1B_3C_1D_2(即是波长为500 nm,邻二氮菲为3.50 ml,氢氧化钠为0 ml,显色时间为20分钟)为最佳测定条件,影响实验的主要因素是邻二氮菲。Aim at the use of 1, 10 - Phenanthroline (C12H8N2.H2O) complex absorption spectrum law mensuration iron (II), which can be affected by manifold factors, the present paper introduces the best experimental conditions determined by the orthogonal test design under the given experimental conditions discussed in this paper, which result in A1B3C1D2(that is, wavelength is 500nm, 1, 10 - Phenanthroline complex is 3. 50 ml, Sodium hydroxide is 0 ml, the lime of colour displaying is 20 minutes and they are the best conditions. ) Affecting the major factor of the experiment is 1 , 10 - Phenanthroline complex.
