摘　　要：报导了Vc与六偏磷酸钠在水介质中合成Vc多聚磷酸酯(LAPP)的方法,研究了不同反应条件对LAPP产率与质量的影响。当Vc/六偏磷酸钠/催化剂(物质的量比)=1:1.30:0.15,溶液pH=9时LAPP的收率为85.6％。A method for synthesis of L - ascorbyl - 2 - triphosphate(LAPP) from ascorbate and sodium hexmetaphosphate in the presence of distilled water was reported in this paper. The effects of the different reational condition to the yield and quality of LAPP were studied. When the molar ratio of ascorbate, sodium hexmetaphosphate and catalyst was 1.00:1.20 : 0.15 and pH of the solution was 9,it gave the best yield 85.6% .
