摘　　要：总结1例反复心肺复苏后急性创伤性颈中央脊髓损伤综合征病人行颈后路手术的护理配合。根据护理难点,评估患者情况,在患者的转运、体位改变、临时起搏器以及全身各种管道等各个方面,采取针对性护理措施。通过系统的护理干预后,患者术中生命体征平稳,术毕全身皮肤完好,全身各管道在位通畅,未出现其他并发症,术毕安返ICU病房。To summarize the nursing care of one case of acute traumatic cervical central cord injury syndrome after repeated cardiopulmonary resuscitation. According to nursing difficulties, assessing the situation of patients, in the patient's transit, position changes, temporary pacemakers and various aspects of the body and other pipelines, to take targeted care measures. Through the system of nursing intervention, patients with stable vital signs during surgery, complete operation of the body skin intact, the body of the pipeline in place unobstructed, no other complications, surgery completed security ICU ward.
