摘 要:基于(火用)概念分析了能量利用对环境的影响及与可持续发展的关系,阐明了(火用)不仅可作为能量有效利用的判据,而且可以作为描述偏离环境平衡态和驱动环境过程的本质的重要指标,来度量环境效应和环境污染程度。指出提高(火用)效率以减少废物(火用)的排放是实现经济、环境和社会发展的核心,有效地量化废物(火用)的环境效应,建立量化的环境(火用)经济学模型,实施同时考虑热力学、经济学以及环境三个目标的过程系统分析优化是实现可持续发展的有效措施。Based on the concept of exergy, this paper analyzes the relationships between the impact of energy utilization on environment and sustainable development. And it clarifies that exergy can be used as not only a criterion of energy utilization, but also as a index, a measurement of environment pollution, to describe the deviation of environment balance states as well as the essence of driving environmental processes. It further points out that improving exergy efficiency and reducing waste exergy discharges are the keys to sustainable development of economy, environment and society. Furthermore, by quantifying the environmental effects of waste exergy and building up the quantified models of eniviro-exergoecononics, the analysis and optimization for process systems, in which the three targets of thermodynamics, economy and environment are simultaneously considered, is the effective method for the realization of sustainable developmen.
