摘  要:对市场在售的密胺餐具的质量进行了检测,检测项目包括耐干热性、耐污染性、耐低温性、耐湿热性、高锰酸钾消耗量、总迁移量;同时,在4%乙酸条件下,对不同浸泡温度和时间下甲醛和三聚氰胺的迁移规律进行了研究。检验结果表明:目前市场上的密胺餐具主要存在的质量问题是耐污染能力差,在酸性浸泡液中容易析出不挥发杂质;在4%乙酸酸性条件下,密胺餐具中甲醛和三聚氰胺单体迁移量会随着浸泡温度的升高和时间的延长而逐渐增加;在酸性介质中,密胺餐具的安全使用温度为60℃。The detections of melamine tableware on the market were carried out, test items included dry-heat resistance, pollution resistance, low temperature resistance, wet-heat resistance, mineral chameleon consumption, total migration. Under the condition of 4% acetic acid, the migration rule of formaldehyde and melamine under different soaking temperature and time was studied. The test results show that there were some problems existing in the melamine tableware on the market, such as poor pollution resistance and easy to precipitate nonvolatile impurities in acid soaking solution. Under the condition of 4% acetic acid, the amount of formaldehyde and melamine monomer migration will be increased with the soaking temperature and time in melamine tableware, the safe temperature of melamine tableware in acidic medium is 60 ℃.
