摘 要:漆酚作为天然抗菌剂,具有良好的抗菌性能,但其成本高、慢干和致敏,在抗菌涂料的制备方面具有一定的局限性。本文以天然产物漆酚为原料,在漆酚上引入酰胺基团,合成具有性质优良的类辣素漆酚衍生物(简记UL),并采用红外光谱和紫外光谱对其结构进行表征。同时,以UL为抗菌剂,氯化橡胶为基材制备了抗菌涂料。最后对UL及含UL抗菌涂料的抗菌性能进行测试。实验结果表明,UL对于金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌都有着优异的抗菌性能,其在抗菌涂料制备领域具有广泛的应用前景。Urushiol,a good natural antibacterial agent,is limited to antimicrobial application due to their expense,low drying rate and allergic reaction. In this study,urushiol containing capsaicin moieties( UL) which is a excellent antimicrobial agent was synthesized by motifying urushiol structure with amide groups. The structures were confirmed by IR spectroscopy and UV- vis spectroscopy. By adding UL into chlorinated rubber,the thermoplastic antimicrobial coating was prepared. Antibacterial properties of UL and antimicrobial coatings were tested. The results showed UL has excellent antibacterial properties on Staphyloccocus aureus and Escherchia Coli,and it's expected to be widely used in the antibacterial coating in future.
