摘　　要：普通本科向应用型转型的工作是一个从教育思想到教学管理大转变的工程,本文针对我国高校转型的背景,在调查研究的基础上分析了地方应用技术型高校现有思政课不适应转型需要的方面,创新性的提出了地方应用型本科高校思政课建设的目标导向。General universities transformed to application-oriented is a big project shift in education thought as well as teaching management. Under this background,this paper,based on investigation and research,analyzed the aspects ideological and political course can’t suited to in application-technology-based universities,innovatively proposed the goal-oriented of ideological and political course construction in local application-oriented places.
