摘　　要：研究了一种适用于不锈钢焊管等离子弧焊的低成本 CCD焊接实时跟踪系统 ,采用的 CCD摄像机以及滤光系统可以从熔池前方拍摄到清晰的熔池图像 。A low cost CCD seam tracking system is developed for the stainless steel pipe Plasma Arc Welding process.The CCD camera and light-filtering system adopted can pick up the clear image in front of the weld molten pool.The software is developed and its control period can meet the need for real-time seam tracking.
