摘　　要：采用连铸生产大大提高了重轨钢的成材率 ,通过对炼钢和连铸过程工艺参数的优化 ,获得了良好的铸坯质量 ,所生产的钢轨具有良好的性能 ,完全可以满足高速铁路用重轨的性能要求。The yield of qualified heavy rail steel has been drastically raised by continuously casting. Through parameter optimization of steel-making and continuous casting processes excellent slab quality is obtained and the heavy rail steel produced with these slabs as the starting material can meet the requirements of the high speed rail way for the heavy rail with high quality.
