摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定人尿中咖啡因定量分析的数学模型并推导出不确定度计算公式;通过对公式中各变量的分析,计算了各变量的不确定度,最后计算出合成标准不确定度。A mathematic model for the HPLC determination of Caffeine in human urine was estabˉlished in this presented paper.The calculation formula was deduced and then each component's uncertainty was calculated through analysing the various variables among the procedures.The combined uncertainty was then finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various comˉponent variables.
