摘  要:在HCl介质中,溶液中的铬(Ⅵ)与对二甲氨基苯基荧光酮(p DMPF),β 环糊精(β CD)和酒石酸钠(Tart)反应产生多元混合络合物,使对二甲氨基苯基荧光酮溶液的荧光明显熄灭,据此建立了测定痕量铬的荧光熄灭新方法。该体系的最大激发波长λex=365nm,最大发射波长λem=527nm,铬(Ⅵ)含量在0~2.0μg/25ml范围内,荧光熄灭程度与铬(Ⅵ)浓度成正比,此方法简单,灵敏度高,可用于水样中铬(Ⅵ)含量的测定,结果满意。It was found that hexavalent chromium has a quenching effect on the fluorescence emitted by the reaction system of pDMPFβCD and tartrate, due to the formation of a multicomponent complex among Cr(Ⅵ), pDMPF, βCD and tartrate, having the moleratio of 1∶1∶2∶2. The excitation and emission wavelengths of the fluorescence reaction were found to be 365nm and 527nm respectively. The magnitude of decrease in fluorescence intensity (ΔF) was directly proportional to the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) ion in the range of 0 to 2.0μg per 25ml of solution. Based on these facts, a simple and sensitive method for the determination of microamounts of Cr(Ⅵ) was proposed and has been satisfactorily used in the analysis of water.
