摘 要:在HCl介质中,溶液中的铬(Ⅵ)与对二甲氨基苯基荧光酮(p DMPF),β 环糊精(β CD)和酒石酸钠(Tart)反应产生多元混合络合物,使对二甲氨基苯基荧光酮溶液的荧光明显熄灭,据此建立了测定痕量铬的荧光熄灭新方法。该体系的最大激发波长λex=365nm,最大发射波长λem=527nm,铬(Ⅵ)含量在0~2.0μg/25ml范围内,荧光熄灭程度与铬(Ⅵ)浓度成正比,此方法简单,灵敏度高,可用于水样中铬(Ⅵ)含量的测定,结果满意。It was found that hexavalent chromium has a quenching effect on the fluorescence emitted by the reaction system of pDMPFβCD and tartrate, due to the formation of a multicomponent complex among Cr(Ⅵ), pDMPF, βCD and tartrate, having the moleratio of 1∶1∶2∶2. The excitation and emission wavelengths of the fluorescence reaction were found to be 365nm and 527nm respectively. The magnitude of decrease in fluorescence intensity (ΔF) was directly proportional to the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) ion in the range of 0 to 2.0μg per 25ml of solution. Based on these facts, a simple and sensitive method for the determination of microamounts of Cr(Ⅵ) was proposed and has been satisfactorily used in the analysis of water.
