摘　　要：　通过参观和考察,介绍了西门子公司目前总的状况,尤其对该公司发电部的汽轮机和燃气轮机产品的现状作了重点论述,并从技术特征、核心能力、产品系列以及先进的生产管理等数个方面进行了比较详细的分析,从中得出结论,西门子始终把创新看作企业成功的关键,这对上海汽轮机有限公司的发展有着十分重要的借鉴作用。By visiting and investigating, current status of Siemens and its Power Generation(PG) is described, especially the highlight is given for both steam turbine and gas turbine; furthermore, the technical features, core competences, product line and advanced production management are all stated in detail. Therefore, the conclusion emphasizes that innovation is regarded as the key of enterprise success in Siemens .
