企业产销量动态风险决策分析

摘　　要：针对企业产销量关系问题,采用系统控制和风险决策分析的方法对其进行了研究,提出了产销量动态风险决策模型,并将模型应用于某产品经营决策中。结果表明该模型对企业经营决策具有现实的指导意义。In this paper, the model of dynamic venture decision of enterprise production and sale is presented, and the relationship of the enterprise production and sale is studied by means of system control and venture decision analysis. The model has been applied in practice. The test illustrates that the method presented is of both theoretical and practical significance to enterprise management and decision.
