摘　　要：文章介绍了质量技术监督热线服务和商品监控系统的组成,阐述了系统的功能模块设计。结合系统需求说明多层架构和采用delphi开发的多层架构实现。This paper introduces the composition of the system of quality technical supervision hotline service and commodity supervisory, elaborates the system function module design. Combining with system demands, the author shows the multi-tier constructor and its realization using delphi.
