摘　　要：目的探讨不同治疗方案对超高龄胃癌患者的治疗效果。方法选择年龄在70岁以上并可行根治术的胃癌患者80例,依据其使用的治疗方案将其分为手术治疗组与支持治疗组,对各组患者的临床资料、治疗效果及生存情况进行分析比较。结果手术治疗组3年及5年生存率分别为44.44%与35.56%,支持治疗组3年及5年生存率分别为5.71%与0。结论手术治疗在超高龄胃癌患者中也可以应用,可以有效延长高龄胃癌患者的生命。Objective To explore the efficacy of different treatment options for super-aged patients with gastric cancer.Methods 80 cases of gastric cancer patients who were over 70 and could receive radical surgery were divided into surgical treatment group and support treatment group. The clinical data,treatment and survival of patients were analyzed and compared. Results3-and 5-years survival rates of the surgical treatment group were 44. 44% and 35. 56%,t3-and 5-years survival rates of the support treatment group were 5. 71% and 0,Conclusion Surgical treatment can also be applied in super-aged gastric cancer patients,and it can effectively prolong the life of patients.
