摘 要:目的观察神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者的肌电图特点。方法选取34例神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者作为研究组,另外选取34例健康体检者作为对照组,对所有研究资料进行神经电生理检测。记录2组研究资料的周围神经运动神经电图以及感觉神经电图,并对尺神经、胫神经、正中神经的运动传导速度、末端潜伏期、波幅;尺神经、胫神经、正中神经的神经感觉传导速度与波幅,运动神经F波与检出率进行比较。结果经神经电图显示,研究组患者的尺神经、胫神经、正中神经的运动传导速度明显慢于健康对照组、运动末端潜伏期明显长于对照组、运动波幅明显短于对照组;而研究组患者的尺神经、胫神经、正中神经的感觉传导速度明显慢于健康对照组、感觉波幅明显长于对照组;与对照组相比,研究组患者尺神经、胫神经、正中神经的运动神经F波潜伏期明显延长,胫神经、正中神经的F波检出率明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经电生理技术可以提高神经系统副肿瘤综合征患者的早期诊断率,适合临床长期推广应用。Objective To observe the characteristics of paraneoplastic neurological syndromes by electromyography.Methods 34 cases of patients with paraneoplastic neurological syndromes were treated as the study group,34 cases of healthy people were treated as the control group,all the research data were detected by neurophysiological testing.The eripheral nerve motor electric diagram and sensory nerve electric diagram,and motor conduction velocity,the end of the incubation period,volatility of the ulnar nerve,tibial nerve,median nerve; sensory nerve conduction speed and amplitude,motor F-wave and the detection rate of the ulnar nerve,tibial nerve,median nerve were recorded and compared.Results Nerve chart showed that motor conduction velocity of ulnar nerve,tibial nerve,median nerve of the study group were significantly slower than those of the control group,the end of the incubation period was significantly longer than that of the control group,the movement amplitude was significantly shorter than that of the control group; while sensory median nerve conduction velocity of the ulnar nerve,tibial nerve in the study group were significantly slower than those of the control group,feel amplitude in the study group was significantly longer than that of the control group; ulnar nerve,tibial nerve,the median nerve of the motor nerve F-wave latency in the study group were prolonged,F wave detection rate of the tibial nerve,median nerve were significantly lower,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Neuroelectrophysiology technique can improve early diagnosis of paraneoplastic neurological syndromes,and it is worthy of further clinical application.
