摘　　要：目的探讨梗阻性大肠癌患者外科治疗时机的影响因素。方法回顾性分析145例梗阻性大肠癌患者资料,对影响外科治疗时机的因素进行分析,其中有统计学意义的因素进行Logistic分析。结果前期保守治疗时间、腹腔积液、发热等危险因素可影响手术时机。结论对于梗阻性大肠癌患者,结果所示3因素是预测梗阻性大肠癌手术指征的主要危险因素。Objective To investigate the influence factors of timing of surgery in obstructive colon cancer. Methods Clinical data of 145 patients with obstructive colon cancer were retrospectively analyzed,the influence factors of timing of surgical treatment were analyzed,factors with statistical significance was analyzed by Logistic analysis. Results The conservative treatment time,fever and peritoneal effusion were risk factors affecting the operation time. Conclusion Conservative treatment time,fever and peritoneal are the main risk factors of obstructive colon cancer.
