三苯氧胺联合岩鹿乳康治疗子宫肌瘤伴乳腺增生的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察三苯氧胺联合岩鹿乳康胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤伴乳腺增生的疗效。方法选择50例子宫肌瘤伴乳腺增生的患者,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予三苯氧胺片联合岩鹿乳康胶囊口服,对照组单纯给予口服三苯氧胺片,2组分别于月经后5天开始服用,直到月经来潮停止用药。连续治疗3个月经周期为1个疗程,2个疗程后,进行疗效对比。结果 2个疗程后,治疗组的临床症状改善情况、瘤体缩小程度、总有效率、不良反应发生情况均优于对照组。结论三苯氧胺联合岩鹿乳康胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤伴乳腺增生,疗效肯定,副作用小。Objective To observe the curative effect of tamoxifen combined with yanlurukang for utrine fibroids accompanined with hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods 50 patients who had uterine fibroids with hyperplasia of mammary glands were selected. They were devided into 2 groups: the treatment group and the contrast group. The treatment group were treated with tamoxifen tablets and yanlurukang capsules orally. The contrast group only received tamoxifen tablets orally. They both began taking the medicines on the 5th day after their menstruation ended and stopped taking the medicines until the next menstruation began. The continuous treatment of 3 menstrual cycles was 1 treatment course. After 2 courses,the curative effect were compared and observed. Results After 2 treatment courses,the clinical symptom improvement,tumour size shrinkage and total effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the contrast group. Conclusion Tamoxifen combined with yanlurukang capasule in the treatment of uterine fibroids with hyperplasia of mammary glands is effective and the side effect is less.
