顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗巨块型宫颈癌80例疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗巨块型宫颈癌的疗效。方法对确诊为巨块型宫颈癌的患者80例,应用顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶进行化疗,并通过肉眼观察、血管造影及病理学检查对其疗效进行分析。结果顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗后,不同分期的巨块肿瘤出现了不同程度缩小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗总有效率为80%,其中Ⅰb2期高达88.89%,巨块型宫颈癌的分期越晚,治疗有效率越低,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.36,P=0.041);但Ⅱb~Ⅳa期的有效率仍能达到60%以上。同时化疗后不同肿瘤分期宫颈癌患者的癌灶血流情况均减少,且术后标本切缘均未见癌细胞。结论顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶治疗,能显著缩小巨块型宫颈癌患者病灶直径,增加手术机会,提高手术成功率,能为巨块型宫颈癌患者的根治性治疗提供可靠依据。Objective To explore the clinical effects of cisplatin plus 5-fluorouracil for bulky cervical cancer. Methods80 patients diagnosed with bulky cervical cancer received cisplatin plus 5-fluorouracil,and the efficacy was observed by naked eye,angiography and pathology examination. Results After the treatment of cisplatin plus 5-fluorouracil,different stage of the cervical cancer decreased,there was significant difference among them( χ2= 6. 36,P = 0. 041). Among them,theⅠb2period was88. 89%. The total treatment effective rate was 80. 00%,and the treatment effective rate gradually decreased with the stage of cancer become later. But the Ⅱb~ Ⅳastage can still reach to more than 60%. At the same time,after the chemotherapy,the blood flow rate of the patients with different tumor stages also reduced and the cancer cell can not be found in the sample of the edge of the tumor. Conclusion Cisplatin plus 5-fluorouracil treatment can significantly reduce the diameter of bulky cervical cancer,increase the chance of operation,improve the success rate of operation,and provide reliable basis to cure the bulky cervical cancer radically.
