大剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期癌症疼痛的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的评估大剂量羟考酮缓释片治疗晚期癌痛患者的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析大剂量或超大剂量羟考酮缓释片镇痛治疗20例晚期癌痛患者的疗效及毒副作用等。结果 80%(16/20)患者的癌症疼痛得到了较好的控制,平均NRS疼痛评分从7.32降至2.68(P<0.05),羟考酮缓释片平均剂量从187.89 mg增至276.84 mg(P<0.05),生活质量改善(P<0.05)。消化道反应、便秘等是常见的不良反应,未出现Ⅲ度及以上不良反应,安全性较好。结论晚期癌痛患者采取大剂量羟考酮缓释片疗效较确切,不良反应可以耐受。Objective To evaluate efficacy and safety of high-dose controlled-released( CR) oxycodone for cancer pain.Methods The efficacy and adverse reactions of advanced cancer patients treated with high-dose CR oxycodone was retrospectively analyzed. Results Cancer pain of 80%( 16 /20) of patients treated with high-dose CR oxycodone were controlled. Mean numeric rating scale( NRS) decreased form 7. 32 to 2. 68( P < 0. 05). Mean dosage of CR oxycodone increased from 187. 89 mg to276. 84mg( P < 0. 05). Quality of life improved( P < 0. 05). The mainly side effects were constipation,nausea,vomiting and so on,and no adverse reactions were over stage Ⅲ. It had good safety. Conclusion High-dose CR oxycodone for cancer pain is effective,safe and tolerable.
