摘  要:目的探讨H-1细小病毒感染大鼠神经胶质瘤细胞C6后细胞因子水平的变化。方法取感染C6细胞后不同时间点的H-1细小病毒,同时取相同时间点的正常C6细胞,采用ELISA方法检测同时检测TNFα、IL-6、TGF-β1和IL-17A的表达水平。结果正常C6细胞中TNF-α、TGF-β1和IL-17A的浓度随培养时间增长而提高,IL-6浓度无明显变化;H-1细小病毒感染的C6细胞中TNF-α、TGF-β1和IL-17A浓度无明显变化,而IL-6浓度随感染时间推移而显著增加。结论 H-1细小病毒感染导致C6细胞中细胞因子表达水平的变化。Objective To investigate the changes of cytokine levels after the infection of rat glioma cells C6 by H-1 parvovirus. Method C6 cells were taken after infection H-1 parvovirus at different time points,while the normal C6 cells were taken in these time points,and the ELISA. Methods were used to detect the expression levels of TNFα,IL-6,TGF-β1 and IL-17 A. Result The concentrations of TNF-α,TGF-β1 and IL-17 A in C6 cells were increased during culture,and which of IL-6 was no significant change; The concentrations of TNF-α,TGF-β1 and IL-17 A in H-1 parvovirus infected C6 cells were no significant change,while IL-6 concentration was significantly increased over time. Conclusion H-1 parvovirus infection leads to changes in C6 cytokine expression levels.
