白内障超声乳化术前房注气联合泼尼松防治角膜水肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障超乳术中前房注气联合术后高糖泼尼松混合液点眼,防治术后角膜水肿及角膜透明度恢复作用。方法白内障并且晶体核大于等于III级的患者,在同一医生手术的情况下,对照组不干预(术后仅仅使用典必殊),治疗组术中前房注气联合术后高糖泼尼松混合液点眼。结果同一患者白内障手术治疗组疗效好于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);角膜透明度恢复时间明显缩短。结论白内障手术后前房注气联合高糖泼尼松混合液,可防治术后角膜水肿和提高角膜透明度的恢复时间。Objective To investigate the effect of air injection to the anterior chamber during cataract phacoemulsification combining with high sugar-prednisone eyedrops after operation for preventing corneal edema and shortening the time of recovering the transparency of cornea. Methods For the cataract patients with more than level III lens nuclear, the treatment group was injected air into the anterior chamber during operation combining with high sugar-prednisone eyedrops after operation. The control group just used Tobra Dex after the operation. Results The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the time of recovering the transparency of cornea was obviously shortened.Conclusion Air injection to the anterior chamber during operation combining with high sugar-prednisone eyedrops after operation can prevent corneal edema and shorten the time of recovering the transparency of cornea.
