自拟胃痛方联合西药治疗急性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟胃痛方联合西药治疗急性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例雷尼替丁150mg/粒,口服,1粒/次,2次/d。治疗组30例自拟胃痛方(木香、川楝子、延胡索各15g,山栀、丹皮、青皮、莱菔子各12g,白芍、陈皮、神曲各10g);1剂/d,水煎300mL,100mL/次,3次/d。西药治疗同对照组。均连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈10例,显效10例,好转8例,无效2例,总有效率93.30%,对照组痊愈2例,显效10例,好转6例,无效12例,总有效率60.00%.治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟胃痛方联合西药治疗急性胃炎效果显著,值得推广使用。[Objective]observe the Self Weitong Method combined with western medicine treatment of acute gastritis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,60 cases of live outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,30 cases of Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules 150mg / tablets,orally,1 / time,2 times / d.Treatment group 30 cases since the proposed stomachache party(woody,Toosendan,Corydalis the 15g,Gardenia,Dan,peel,radish seed 12g,white peony root,orange peel,Divine Comedy 10g);1 does / d,decoction 300mL,100mL / time,3 times / d.Western medicine with the control group.Are continuous treatment 7d course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 10 cases,effective in 10 cases,improved in 8 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.30% in the control group recovered two cases,effective in 10 cases,improved in 6 cases,12 cases,total effective rate 60.00% the treatment group than the control group clinical efficacy(P <0.05).[Conclusion]Self stomach side combined with western medicine treatment of acute gastritis significant effect,should be introduced.
