摘　　要：用户交换机作为一种重要的通信工具,曾经或正在发挥重要的作用。但随着集中式用户交换机(Centrex)的推出,用户程控交换机已不能适应新环境的要求。介绍了与用户程控交换机密切相关的CTI、因特网、无线接口等技术的应用情况,阐述了用户交换机的最新发展,对如何将新的通信技术与现有的用户交换机结合起来,充分完成资源重组,以期实现高效使用进行了探讨。As an important telecommu-nication tool,exchange has played or is playing an important role.However,with the introduction of CENTREX,exchange can not adopt to the require-ments of the new environment.Appli-cations of CTI,Internet and wireless in-terface technologies closely related with exchange are introduced.Update de-velopment of exchange is described.It is discussed how to combine new tele-com technologies and existed exchange to fully accomplish resource reallocation to realize high-efficiency utilization.
