摘　　要：减速顶在工作过程中 ,其内部的液压油承受着较高的压力和温度 ,因此 ,注入清新的液压油在检修时变成乌黑粥状 ,我们经分析和试验认为是油分子结构链发生变化 ,造成“C”原子析出 ,它使得油污染变质 ,造成减速顶工作不正常 ,甚至使车辆脱线 ,为此我们探索出一种新的清洗方法 。During operating of retarders,hydraulic power oil within retarders bear higher pressure and temperatuer,therefore,cleaning hydrarlic power oil that pour into retarder become black porridge state when we maintenance retarders,through analizing and testing,we think structure chain of oil molecular is changed and cause atoms to separate and make oil pollute and deteriorate and bring about abnormal operation of retarders,even cause wagons to derail therefore ,we have explore a new method of washing to resolve the problems.
