通腑泻浊法治疗缺血性中风130例临床观察

摘　　要：采用具有通腑泻浊、活血化瘀作用的小承气通腑胶囊治疗急性缺血性中风 130例 ,基本痊愈 34例 ,显著进步 5 6例 ,进步2 7例 ,无变化 9例 ,恶化 4例 ,有效率 90 .0 0 %。该方对急性缺血性中风气虚血瘀证、风痰瘀阻证、痰热腑实证均疗效显著 ,但以痰热腑实证效果最佳 ,并能够改善患者临床神经功能缺损程度 ,降低全血粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞压积。Xiaochengqi bowel-evacuating capsules, which can eliminate the turbid, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, were used to treat 130 cases of acute ischemic apoplexy with 34 patients generally recovered, 56 with marked progress, 27 with progress, 9 without any changes, 4 deteriorating, and a effective rate of 90.0%. Marked effect was found in acute ischemic apoplexy typical of qi deficiency and blood stasis, of wind-phlegm retention, and of phlegm-heat excess, especially in the last type. These capsules can also improve the neural function, reduce whole blood and plasma viscosities, packed cell volume, and fibrinogen.
