中药联合肝动脉介入化疗和三维适形放疗治疗肝癌27例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾理气中药联合肝动脉介入化疗和三维适形放疗治疗肝癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法:对27例肝癌患者,先采用肝动脉介入化疗1-3次,再进行三维适形放疗计划,并配合中药治疗,采用健脾理气法(以党参、白术、茯苓、八月札、白花蛇舌草为基本方)为主的汤剂内服。结果:PR 4例,MR 7例,SD 16例,无CR、PD病例;毒副反应有肝功能异常1例,上消化道出血3例,Ⅰ-Ⅱ度骨髓功能抑制16例,发热1例。结论:健脾理气中药联合肝动脉介入化疗和三维适形放疗是治疗肝癌安全、有效的方法之一。Objeetive: To observe thecliniral effect and toxic and side effects of spleen- strengthening and qi - regulating Chinese herbal drugs combined with hepatic artery interyenlion chemotherapy (HAIC) and three - dimensional whole - lxwly radiotherapy (TDWR) for liver rancer (IC). Methods: 27 rases of IC were sub-jected to HAIC for 1 - 3 times. ihen to TDWK. Spleen - strengthening and qi - regulating Chinese herbal drugs (the hasic prescription in cluded Radix Cotlonopsis, Rhizoma Atractylodis Mecrocephalae, Pori a. Fructus Akebiae and Herba Hedyotis Diffusap) were applied ob served. Toxic and side effects showed l case of abnormal liver funo tion. 3 cases of upper digestive tract bleeding, 16 cases of Ⅰ - Ⅱ° bone marrow arrest and l case of fever. Conclusion: The therapy of Chinese herbal drugs associated with HAIC and TDWR is one of safe and effective therapy for IC.
