摘　　要：从承保方式、保险金额、费率和理赔几方面叙述了国内外现行地震保险政策。回顾了我国地震保险的发展。建议在我国可实施局部强制地震保险、实行低费率政策和提供无偿最低救济金等措施。Present earthquake insurance policies in China and other countries are related in terms of underwriting way, sum insured, insurance rate and loss adjustment The development of earthquake insurance in China is reviewed Several effective measures are suggested with respect to partial obliging earthquake insurance, low insurance rate principle and free minimum relief fund
