摘　　要：利用模腔压力传感器在注射至保压阶段对模腔内压力分布进行监测新技术 ,通过控制系统和良好的软件作用 ,可优化注射成型参数 ,使生产过程简便。获得提高生产率 ,保证制件性能质量恒定 ,节约成本 ,降低废品率等良好效果。Using cavity pressure sensors to monitore moulds cavity pressure profile from injection moulding tp holding phase,this techology can optimize the processes parameters and make the operation to be easly by measurement systems and friendly soft-ware action,and provides high productivity,ensuring parts with properties constant,reducing manuafacture cost,and reducing reject rates.
