摘　　要：目的 建立人牙周膜成纤维细胞体外培养的方法。方法 采用组织块贴附法原代培养人牙周膜成纤维细胞并传代。结果 牙周膜成纤维细胞体外培养成功率为20％,5代后细胞生长旺盛,经免疫组织化学SABC法证实为来源于中胚层的成纤维细胞。结论 采用组织块贴附法培养原代人牙周膜成纤维细胞,胰酶消化传代后,生长状况良好,可作为人牙周膜成纤维细胞的实验模型。Objective To establish the methods of cell culture of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts(HPDLF) in vitro. Methods The tissue was cultured by dry anchoring traditionally and subcultured successfully. Results The cell success rate of culture was 20% and growing steadily after 5th passage. The immunohistochemical studies demonstrated that the growing cells were fibroblasts and originated from mesenchymal. Conclusions This cell culture method was available and the results revealed that HPDLC in this culture system kept their phenotype in vitro.
