葡萄多糖-1(VLP-1)的分离及其组成单糖的分析

摘　　要：葡萄干浸泡 ,匀浆后热水提取 ,Sevag法除蛋白 ,DEAE SephadexA 2 5柱层析得葡萄多糖 1。葡萄粗多糖水解物经纸层析及糖脂乙酰酯衍生物气相色谱分析 ,证明其组成单糖主要为阿拉伯糖 (Arabinose)、半乳糖 (Galac tose)、葡萄糖 (Glucose)、甘露糖 (Mannose) ,其物质的量之比为 5 0 .97% ,4 2 .4 9% ,2 .83% ,3.6 8%。The raisins were immersed and homogenized, extracted from the hot water. Then,getting rid of the protein by the way of sevag and separating though the DEAE Sephadex A 25 column chromatography, the Vitis L. Ploysaccharide 1 can be got. By the paper chromatography, and the gas chromatography anahysis of the Acetylated Aldononitriles it can be testified that the main ingredients of monosaccharide compose the hydrolysates of Vitis L. Ploysacc haride 1 are Arabinose, Galactose, Glucose and Mannose and the mol.percentage of them are 50.99%, 4249%,2.83% and 3.68%.
