摘  要:利用 3头装有长久性瘘管的雄性水牛 ,采用自身对照研究包膜半胱胺直接投入瘤胃对其消化代谢影响的动态变化。研究结果显示 ,与对照 (- 2d)相比投入半胱胺的当天 (0d)除干物质和粗纤维 2 4h消失率略有增加外 ,MCP ,NH3 N分别下降 5 .6 3% (P >0 .0 5 )和 33.88% (P <0 .0 1) ,TVFA降低 9.4 5 % (P >0 .0 5 ) ,其中A %下落 1.11个百分点 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,P %提高 2 .13个百分点 (P <0 .0 1) ,B %降低 1.0 2个百分点 (P <0 .0 1) ,A∶P由4 .6 0降到 3.99(P<0 .0 1) ;1d时各项测定指标均有所回升 ,MCP尚低 1.79% ,差异不显著 ,NH3 N仍显著低于对照 31.2 0 % (P <0 .0 5 )。TVFA升高 11.82 % (P >0 .0 5 ) ,A %变化不明显 ,P %提高 0 .6 8个百分点 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,B %下降 0 .87个百分点 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,A∶P回升到 4 .38,但仍显著低于对照 ;3d时 ,干物质和粗纤维 2 4h消失率分别增加 13.5 1% (P =0 .10 )和 15 .73% (P =0 .0 8)。MCP ,NH3 N分别升高 12 .2 5 %和 13.2 2 % ,但均未达到显著水平 (P >0 .0 5 )。TVFA极显著升高达 32 .0 3% (P <0 .0 1) ,A %仍低 0 .89个百分点 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,P %继续高于对照 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,B %已略高于对照 ,A∶P虽仍低于对照但差异已不显著。 6d时 ,干物质和粗纤维 2 4h消失?Three male buffaloes with permanent rumen fistulae were used to determine the effect of enveloped cysteamine(CS, 80 mg·kg -1 BW, delivered through fistulae) on rumen digestion and metabolism. Comparing with that of control period(-2d), on the day of CS administration(0d), the disappearance rate (24h)of DM and CF was slightly higher, while MCP and NH 3 N decreased by 5.63%(P>0.05)and 33.88% (P< 0.01). Total volatile fatty acids(TVFA) of the rumen fluid tended to drop and Acetate:Propionate ratio was declined from 4.60 to 3.99(P<0.01), mainly contributed by the increase of Propionate% by 2.13 percentage points. On 1 d, only NH 3 N remained low (P<0.05), while MCP and TVFA concentration restored to that of control period. On 3d, the disappearance rate (24h)of DM and CF were 13.51%(P=0.10) and 15.73%(P=0.08) higher. MCP and NH 3 N were increased by 12.25% and 13.22%(P>0.05),respectively. TVFA significantly rose by 32.03% (P<0.01); On 6d, only P% was 1.3 percentage point higher (P<0.05), but B% was 1.75 percentag epoint lower(P<0.01), other values appeared no difference to that of control.In experiment period, blood SS concentration was significantly lower and GH concentration was markedly increased in 3 d.Results show that enveloped CS delivered directly into rumen improves the ruminal fermentation.
