摘　　要：结合生产实践 ,对年产 5万 m3国产中纤板生产线部分工序的工艺设备进行调整改进 ,使单位耗电量显著下降、设备投资减少、经济效益提高 。In this article, the author introduced the practical experience of technology improvement and equipment adjustment for a domestic medium density fiberboard (MDF) production line with annual capacity of 50 000 m 3 in Guangdong Province. The tested results showed that not only the power consumption and equipment investment for the MDF production line could be reduced, but also the economic benefits and productivity increased after the reformation.
