摘  要:初步探讨了压电体的弯曲效应,应用各向异性弹性理论,压电理论分析了压电体内的弯曲应力及其所导致的线性极化状态。由电动力学理论计算出压电体内部及表面的等效束缚电荷,并从实验上加以验证,得出表面等效束缚电荷同所受弯矩具有确定的线性关系,研究结果将进一步补充和完善压电理论,为应用单压电体弯曲效应研制执行器打下基础。This paper discusses the direct piezoelectric bending effect of quartz crystal. The stresses caused by mechanical bending moment on piezoelectric bar are deduced by using the theory of anisotropic elasticity. Then the accompanying linear polarization in the piezoelectric crystal is analysed by using Piezoelectricity. We also calculate the quantity of the equivalent bound volume and surface charges by using Electrodynamics and check the quantity of the surface charges by experiment.Finally, we draw a conclusion that there is a linear relation between the surface bound charges and the bending moment. The research of this paper would establish the basis for using single piezoelectric crystals to fabricate piezoelectric actuators.
