摘 要:对厦门附近二个潮滩表层沉积剖面进行系统的硅藻研究,共发现硅藻 107 种和变种,分属于 37 属。获得潮间带和潮下带硅藻组合,其组合均以海水种、半咸水种、淡水种三者兼有为特征,但海水种自潮间带向潮下带比例增多,而淡水种含量则相反,自潮间带向潮下带减少,半咸水种亦呈现从潮间带向潮下带减少的趋势。潮滩表层沉积的硅藻组合研究为利用化石硅藻恢复古环境、岸线变迁、古海面变化提供重要的科学依据。The diatoms in the surface sediments of two sites of Xiamen Island beach, in south Fujian province, have been studied systematically and 107 species and varieties of diatoms have been found which belong to 37 genera. The diatom assemblages of intertidal region and subtidal zone have been found which consist of 3 kinds of diatoms —— marine diatom, brackish water diatom and fresh water diatom. From the intertidal region to the subtidal zone the number of marine diatoms becomes more and more, but the fresh water ones become less and less and the brackish diatoms are also less. The diatom assemblages of surface sediment in tidal beach supply a very important scientific evidence for restoring the paleoenvironment, the changes of shoreline and the sea level.
