摘  要:针对冶金行业大功率电弧炉的控制,提出了一种基于多目标模糊优化决策的智能控制方案。首先对控制对象进行系统在线辨识,综合专家知识建立语言规则模型,然后构造优化目标函数,对单目标函数最优值模糊化,最后在所形成的模糊目标集中寻找到满足多目标的各优化解,实现把多目标问题转化为单目标问题求解的目的。运用该控制方案的系统目前在广东韶关冶炼厂已成功运行。Focusing on the control of highpower electric arc furnace in metallurgical industry,an intelligent control method based on multiobjective fuzzy optimization decision is put forward . First,the language rule model of control object is built through integrating the online system identification model with the experience of experts.Then some objective functions for optimization are constructed,and the fuzziness of single objective functions optimizing value is made. At last the optimizing roots satisfying every objective function are achieved in the fuzzy sets of single objective functions optimizing value,and the multiobjective problem is transformed into single objective problem. Now,the system used this kind of control method has been in operation successfully in Guangdong Shaoguan Smeltery.
