复方丹参注射液联合盐酸氟桂嗪治疗周围性眩晕

摘　　要：应用复方丹参注射液联合盐酸氟桂嗪治疗周围性眩晕 12 5例为观察组 ,对照组单用盐酸氟桂嗪治疗10 5例 ,用药后 2 4h作疗效对比观察。结果 :观察组总有效率 92 % ,对照组为 73% ,P <0 0 5。提示中西药联合应用治疗周围性眩晕疗效更佳。In treatment group compound Danshen injection plus Flunarizine hydrochloride was employed to treat 125 cases of peripheral vertigo, and in control group simple Flunarizine hydrochloride was used to treat another 105 cases, with a course of 24 hours. Results: The total effective rate was 92% in treatment group and 73% in control group, P<0.05. It is showed that combined Chinese and western medicines have better effects in treating peripheral vertigo.
