摘　　要：目的 :探讨CD4 4v6表达与胰腺癌淋巴结转移、增殖活性的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法检测 6 2例胰腺癌组织中CD4 4v6的表达。结果 :CD4 4v6的阳性率为 5 4 .84 % ;伴淋巴结转移者CD4 4v6的阳性率 (6 8.75 % ) ,明显高于无淋巴结转移者 (40 .0 0 % ) ,两组相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CD4 4v6表达与胰腺癌增殖之间无一致性。结论 :CD4Objective: Our aims were to evaluate the expression of CD44v6 in tissues of pancreatic cancer and to investigate its relationship with transformation and invasiveness of pancreatic cancer. Methods:The expression of CD44v6 was determined with SP immunohistochemical technique. Results:The positive rate of CD44v6 was 54.84%,while the positive rate in patients with lymph node metastasis was 68.75%, which was significantly higher than those without lymph node involvement(P<0.05). The proliferation of pancreatic cancer was not related to CD44v6. Conclusion:The expression of CD44v6 is closely related to metastasis and infiltration of pancreatic cancer.
