摘　　要：环境优美城镇规划是进入新世纪以来中国城镇发展与环境建设的一个特色。本文以南京市禄口镇为例,从规划的理念出发,提出了相应的指导思想、原则、目标和指标。通过对全镇环境现状的分析及总体规划的审视,进行了环境功能区划,并提出了环境保护措施,最后探讨了城镇环境管理出现的新问题。After entering the new century, the Planning of Beautiful Town has become a characteristic of the development and environmental construction of Chinas town From the concept of planning, this paper puts forward instructing ideas, principles, goals and indexes, taking Lukou Town of Nanjing as an example After analyzing environmental condition and scanning the master planning, this paper makes the environmental function division, puts forward the environmental protection measures for the town At last, this paper analyses some new environmental management problems
