摘　　要：研究生德育弱化与认识上的观念误区相关,后者主要表现为“无能论”、“无为论”、“消除论”和“代替论”,这些认识问题的产生有其客观原因,改变研究生德育弱化状况的关键是完善“导师负责制”,战略出路在于积极从整体上营造高校良好的人文精神生态环境。The weakening of the efforts in moral education of postgraduate students has something to do with some misconceptions, which are represented by such views as “incapability”, “state of inertia”, “eradication”and “substitution”. There are objective causes behind those views. The key to changing the situation is to improve the “supervisors′responsibility system”and to actually create an ideal environment of humanism on university campuses.
