摘　　要：我国体育产业是从事业型逐步向产业型转变的 ,目前处于产业形成和增长的阶段 ,市场规模体系基本形成。入世对我国体育产业将产生深刻的影响 ,只要我们能全面、科学地分析机遇与挑战 ,及时制定正确的对策 ,才能抓住机遇 ,趋利除弊 ,化弊为利 ,在国际化环境的竞争中发展壮大。Chinese physical culture is now changing from its government appropriation based cause into business based cause step by Step. The marketing economy system of the Chinese physical culture is forming. The influence will take place on Chinese physical culture as China became a mumber of WTO. We can achieve progress and develop well if we grasp the opportunities, find a way to deal with the situation and face challenges confidently.
