摘　　要：目的　探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)在鼻咽癌诊断中的价值。方法　对经鼻咽部活检确诊鼻咽癌 ,未经治疗的 2 33例病人测定TSGF值。结果　全组阳性率 5 2 %(12 1/2 33)。结论　TSGF对鼻咽癌的诊断有比较高的敏感性 ,操作简单快速 ,是诊断鼻咽癌的又一种检测方法。Objective To investigate the value of TSGF on nasopharyngeal cancer diagnosis.Methods To determine the TSGF value of 233 patients who have verified as nasopharyngeal cancer by pathology but have not treated.Results The positive rate of the whole group is 52%(121/233).Conclusion The determination of TSGF has higher sensitiveness to diagnosis of nasopharyngeal cancer and the operation is simple and quick.It is another determinant method for nasopharyngeal cancer.
