老年与中青年乳腺癌病人心理健康状况的比较研究

摘　　要：目的　比较老年和中青年乳腺癌病人心理健康状况的差异。方法　采用心理学量表对老年和中青年乳腺癌病人的心理健康状况进行测量。结果　老年病人的恐怖、焦虑、抑郁分值明显低于中青年病人 (P <0 .0 1) ,偏执因子和孤独评分明显高于中青年病人 (P <0 .0 1)。Objective To compare the difference of psychological health conditions between old and young breast cancer patients. Methods Psychological scales were adopted to investigate the psychological difference between senile and young breast cancer patients. Results The scores of panic, anxiety and depression in senile patients were significantly lower than that in young patients (P<0 01). The stubbornness and loneliness scores were notably higher in old patients than that in young patients(P<0 01). Conclusion Young breast cancer patients suffer more severe psychological damages than senile patients.
