摘  要:目的 研究注意缺陷多动障碍 (ADHD)儿童患者的事件相关电位 (ERP)主要成分 (P2 、N2 、P3 潜伏期与波幅 )。方法 用DSM Ⅳ诊断标准确定ADHD病例组 ,以年龄、性别 1:1匹配正常儿童为对照组。对所有儿童应用听觉Oddball模式诱发ERP ,记录主要成分进行分析比较。结果 ADHD组靶刺激计数正确率显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;ADHD组P2 、N2 潜伏期显著延长 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;P3 潜伏期显著延长 (P <0 .0 1) ;N1~P2峰峰值显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两次记录P3 波重复性显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 ADHD患儿主动注意功能减弱 ,被动注意亢进 ,抗干扰能力减弱。Objective To study the event related potentials(P 2,N 2, P 3 latency and wave altitude) in children with atention deficit hyperactinity disorder(ADHD). Methods ADHD case group was diagnosed by employing ADHD Behavior Screen with DSM Ⅳ and Neuro psychic Examination. The normal control group was confirmed according to sex and age matched design.All the children were evoked ERP with aural oddball paradigm and the data analyzed with SAS 6.12 statistics software.Results In ADHD group, error frequency in counting target stimulant of event related potentials was higher( P <0.01), P 2, N 2 latency was longer( P <0.05), P 3 latency was longer( P <0.01), N 1P 2 wave altitude was lower( P <0.02), repeatable frequency of P 3 wave was lower( P <0.05) than those in control group.Conclusion Active attention ability were weakened and passive attention were intensified in ADHD children whose ability of anti jamming were impaired. It indicates that their frontal cortex function may be damaged.
