市场主体的趋利性对我国可持续发展战略的影响及对策

摘　　要：制定与实施可持续发展战略的旋风在全球掀起。中国率先制定并实施《中国 2 1世纪议程》和优先项目计划 ,把实施可持续发展作为我国一个重大战略。文章主要从市场主体趋利性的角度 ,分析在我国走可持续发展的市场经济之路 ,必须坚定不移地执行计划生育基本国策、坚定不移的实施科教兴国战略、强化立法与执法、推行环境保护市场化、把生态建设与治穷致富结合起来。Nowadays, the sustainable development strategy has been for mulated an d carried out all over the world. China, who has taken the lead in formulating a nd implementing China 21st Century Agenda and other preferential projects, has c onsidered this strategy significant. In China, we must firmly develop Socialist Market Economy sustainably. Therefore, we should unshakably carry out the basic state policy of family planning and the strategy of developing the country throu gh science and education. Besides, we need strengthen legislation and law enforc ement, practice environment protection, and combine ecological construction with wealth acquirement.
