肺腺癌相关抗原KA-93在涎腺肿瘤中的表达

摘　　要：目的 :研究肺腺癌相关抗原KA 93在涎腺肿瘤中的表达特点以及在涎腺肿瘤的诊断等方面的应用价值。方法 :采用免疫组化的方法 ,用鼠抗人单克隆抗体KM 93对 33例涎腺肿瘤标本进行研究 ,其中良性 11例 ,恶性 2 2例。结果 :阳性染色呈 3种类型①导管或囊腔样结构的腔面细胞、腔内壁及管腔内容物呈阳性或强阳性染色。②呈片状或细胞团样阳性染色。③散在的灶状或小腔隙状阳性染色。结论 :该抗原的表达可能与肿瘤的分化有关 ,对肿瘤的预后评价具有一定的参考价值。Objective:To explore the expression of the lung adenocarcinoma associated antigen KA 93 and the value on prognosis monitoring in salivary gland tumors Methods:The immunohisto chemical staining with MoAb KM 93 was performed on 33 sections of salivary gland tumors including 22 malignant and 11 benign.Results: There were three staining patterns①Inner line cell of ducts or cysts and lateral borders and contents were positive.②Diffuse positive cell masses.③The microcyst or focal staining in solid or trabecular area.Conclusion: The expression may be related to differentiation and may serve as a reference for the evaluation of prognosis of salivary gland tumors.
