小儿急性白血病初发常见症状的口腔表现

摘　　要：目的 :了解小儿急性白血病初发常见症状中口腔表现的发病情况。方法 :对 32 0例小儿急性白血病初诊患者 ,通过病史询问和体检 ,确定其首发症状中口腔病变发生的情况。结果 :在 32 0例小儿急性白血病初发常见症状中首先出现在颌面部者有 38例 (11 9% ) ,其中各种出血 18例 (4 7 4 % ) ,各种感染 11例 (2 8 9% ) ,腮腺肿胀 6例 (15 8% )。结论 :口腔颌面部的出血、感染。Objective:To evaluate the oral symptom as first symptoms of acute leukemia in children.Methods:320 cases of acute leukemia in children were collected and physically examined.Oral symptom as first symptoms of the disease was identified.Results:38 cases(11 9%) had oral symptom which appeared as the first sign of the disease.18 cases(47 4%) had bleleding,11 cases(28 9%) had infection,6 cases(15 8%) had parotid gland swelling.Conclusion:Oral and maxillofacial bleeding,infection and swelling are first symptoms in pediatric acute leukemia.
