透明压膜保持器与传统可摘保持器对牙周健康的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察透明压膜保持器是否影响牙周组织的健康。方法 :6 2例正畸患者固定矫治结束、去掉固定矫治器 ,进行全口牙周洁治、牙面抛光后 ,测量临床牙周指标 (PD、PLI、GI)作为基线水平 ;随机分为 2组 ,分别戴入透明压膜保持器与传统可摘保持器 ,测量 1周、1个月及 3个月临床牙周指标。结果 :戴入透明压膜保持器临床牙周指标显著增高 (比传统可摘保持器 )。结论 :透明压膜保持器对牙周组织健康有影响 。Objective:To evaluate whether significant differences in periodontal conditions exist between patients who wear positioner or removable retainers.Methods:This study was based on an assessment of 62 patients who required retention after undergoing orthodontic treatment.The patients were divided into two groups.The type of retainer used was randomized for each patient.A follow up examination was carried out in one week,one month and three months respectively.The periodontal condition was scored according to three parameters:PD,PLI,GI.Results:Significant differences were found in PD,PLI,GI in patients who weared positioner and these values were significantly greater than those obtained from patients who weared the removable retainer.Conclusion:Positioner affects the periodontal health.It is very important to keep the teeth and gingiva clean for the people who wear positioner.
