摘　　要：西南交通大学的招生工作由于高校大扩招、招生收费并轨、西部大开发战略、高校合并等等 ,外部环境机会与威胁并存。其内部条件优势在于办学历史悠久、专业富有特色、师资力量雄厚、办学体制先进 ;劣势在于数次搬迁与分拆、专业狭窄、学科分布不合理、公关意识与能力不足。用SWOT模型分析法建立招生战略模型 。Because of the expansion of university enrolment, one track system for tuition fee, western development strategy and the mergence of universities, the enrolment of Southwest Jiaotong University faces both opportunities and threats from the outer environment. Its inner advantages lie in the long history, feature specialties, rich teacher resources, and advanced management system; while the weaknesses lie in moving and disparting several times, narrow specialties, unreasonable distributing of specialties, lack of sense and ability to establish public relationship. To build up the enrolment strategy mode with SWOT analysis would be of strategic significance for further development of enrolment.
