金属覆膜支架置入结合放化疗治疗晚期食管癌性狭窄效果观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察金属覆膜支架置入结合放化疗治疗晚期食管癌性狭窄的治疗效果。方法 :对 30例经病理确诊为晚期食管癌又有明显管腔狭窄的患者植入带膜支架。其中A组 1 8例同时接受放疗和肿瘤供血动脉插管灌注化疗 ,B组单纯支架植入 1 2例。比较二组平均生存期及再狭窄发生情况。结果 :所有病例梗阻症状解除。A组生存期明显延长。二组现存活病人未见再狭窄发生。结论 :晚期食管癌置入覆膜支架后同时进行放化疗更有效地防止再狭窄 。Objective:To observe the effect of treating advanced esophageal cancerous stritures with tectorial stents implantation and radiotherapy plus chemotherapy.Methods:Thirty patients with pathologically proved advanced esophageal cancer and vessel strictures were implanted tectorial stents.These patients were divided into two groups.18 patients received radio chemotherapy in group A,12 cases(group B) only received stents inserting.The averaged survival time and the stricture recurrence were observed and compared in the two groups.Results:Clinical symptoms were effectively relieved after tectorial stents insertion.radio chemotherapy results in group A were better than that in group B.the survival time in group A were longer than that in group B(P<0 05).There were not stricture recurrence in alive patients of the two groups.Conclusion:Tectorial stent implantation together with radio chemotherapy is very effective for the treatment of esophageal stricture due to advanced esophageal carcinoma and can prolong the survival time.
